Perhaps the butterfly is proof that you can go through a great deal of darkness yet become something beautiful.

- Beau Taplin

I help women navigate anxiety, trauma, postpartum changes, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and substance use. Many of the clients I work with are used to holding everything together for everyone else while silently feeling exhausted, reactive, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in survival mode. Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, coping through substances or other unhealthy patterns, or struggling with the emotional weight of past experiences, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin healing.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating somatic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, IFS-informed approaches, attachment-based work, and strengths-focused practices. Together, we work to better understand your nervous system, process difficult experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and create healthier, more sustainable ways of coping. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, empowered, and like yourself again.

I believe healing happens within safe, supportive relationships. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where every part of your experience is welcomed with compassion and curiosity. Cultural humility and sensitivity are central to my work, and I approach therapy through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens that honors your unique background, values, and lived experiences.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already carrying so much on your own. You do not have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move beyond survival mode toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
